AAA Self-Storage, Inc. at 1690 Shanahan Drive is secured with a state of the art security system as well as gate controlled access and perimeter fencing around the entire facility.
Local Police Department maintains 24 hour access for routine patrols.
ACCESS
AAA Self-Storage, Inc. offers gate hours of 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 365 days a year including holidays.
Special Request Forms are available at time of rental for any additional special gate hours needed including 24 hour access.
INSURANCE
AAA Self-Storage, Inc. offers a third party brochure to assist you in obtaining insurance for your belongings however we recommend you check with your home owners insurance provider or renter's policy provider first.
SPACE
AAA Self-Storage, Inc. maintains over 700 rentable units between our two facilities.
Units are 10' High
Overhead Roll-Up Garage Doors provide easy access to the units.
ENVIRONMENT
AAA Self-Storage, Inc. provides a clean, professional environment to make your rental experience comfortable for you.
CONTRACT
All AAA Self-Storage rentals are based on a month to month rental. At the time of rental you will be given a lease and Rules & Regulations for your review and signature. When you are finished with your rental all you need to do is clean your unit for the next customer, remove your personal lock and notify the office that you have vacated the unit.
MOVING SUPPLIES
AAA currently sells locks, moving boxes and tape to assist you in making your move and storage experience as easy as possible.
EASY PAYMENTS
AAA currently accepts cash, check(s), money orders, Visa/Mastercard and provides an outside drop box for after hours payment for your convenience.
DISCOUNTS
AAA always pro rates your rent on move in.
5% Discount for 6 months pre paid rent.
10% Discount for 12 months pre paid rent.
